Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our team will carefully verify each order before shipment to ensure its accuracy and the quality of the products.

Shipping Destinations & Markets
Currently, we only provide shipping services within the United States. This coverage includes all 50 states of the U.S., U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico), as well as APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

UPS Shipping
Orders received by 3:00 PM Los Angeles Time will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

• Delivery Time: Estimated 3 to 7 business days (only business days are counted; weekends and holidays are excluded).

• Shipping Fee: For orders ranging from $0.01 to $29.99, a shipping fee of $6.99 will be charged. For orders over $30, free shipping is provided within the U.S.

• Applicable Regions: Mainland USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

• Special Note: Due to their remote locations, for orders to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Customs Duties and Taxes

• US Shipments: No customs duties or taxes are applicable for shipments within the United States.

• International Shipments: Currently, we do not offer international shipping services. If international shipping is available in the future, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other fees will be borne by the recipient.

• All estimated delivery times are calculated in business days.

• Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
